The Yale Journal of Law & Technology publishes scholarly articles on a wide range of topics concerning the intersection of law and technology. YJoLT takes a very broad view on the meaning of technology, but successful entries should include an analysis of technology's impact on the law, or vice versa. YJoLT accepts article submissions through email at, by completing the form below, or through Berkeley Electronic Press (BEPress). Our preferred submissions method is through BEPress, but we will review all articles regardless of the method in which they are submitted.

Articles must be at least 10,000 words (including footnotes), but preference will be given to articles under 25,000 words. Articles should conform to the citation guidelines of The Bluebook. General criteria used to evaluate submissions include originality, strength of support, and clarity of writing.

YJoLT accepts submissions from all authors.
